Discover this rare and magnificent 19th-century Chinese ginger jar, in the Pink Family (Famille Rose) style. Standing 21 cm tall and complete with its original lid, this piece was acquired at auction with a visible, old restoration.

I had the pleasure of bringing it back to life by entirely removing the old repair and restoring it with the traditional Kintsugi technique. This Japanese method elevates breakages by mending them with gold, transforming imperfections into assets and telling the object’s unique story.
