This ceramic bowl is glazed in glossy red on the inside and matte black on the outside.
It is a sugi-nari bowl: its shape is the same as that of traditional wooden bowls.
Broken, I restored it using traditional Japanese lacquer, called Urushi, and 24-carat gold.
You can reuse this bowl to drink your favorite tea, or simply keep it as an object of admiration.
It measures 12 cm in diameter and 5.5 cm in height, and is truly unique.
